The House

Tucked away on a quiet side street, The Littlest House

is less than three miles from all things Duke, even closer

to Downtown Durham, and walking distance to some

of the best food in the Triangle.

Although admittedly small and very simple, The Littlest House offers a sunny living room with the world's best couch, a cozy fireplace, two bedrooms, an eating nook, a pocket office, and a completely renovated Kitchen and Bathroom.

Enjoy Google Fiber Internet, a 55" TV, and Roku ready for you to log into your favorite streaming services.

Outside you will find a shady deck begging you to enjoy a lazy morning, a firepit promising long evenings of connecting with your fellow guests, and a disc golf cage for a little friendly competition.

We welcome your dog, and the private fenced yard is a great place for them to get the zoomies out. We provide a pooper scooper and dog waste bags, so please pick up after your pet.

The Littlest House is central to Duke University, Duke Medical Center, Duke Gardens, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill (UNC), UNC Hospital, Research Triangle Park (RTP), RDU airport, Downtown Durham, Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC), Durham Bulls Athletic Park (DBAP), Downtown Chapel Hill, and a multitude of other interesting places. A little further afield, give yourself a mere 24 minutes and you'll be at Lenovo Center (formerly PNC Arena), Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina State University (NC State), Wake Medical Center, and all that Raleigh has to offer.

Access

You will be able to access the house via electronic locks. We will send you a unique four digit code in time for you to check in.

Occupancy

The Littlest House has a max occupancy of 4 People and 2 Doggos. There are two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed, the second with two single beds. A Pack-n-Play is also available.

Cost

The nightly rate for The Littlest House varies from day-to-day and season-to-season, ranging from $100 to $500 per night. Reach out to discover what the rate is for your desired dates!

House Rules

1. No Smoking or Vaping of anything, anywhere on the property.

2. Dogs left in the house or yard without you must be kept in their crates until you return.

3. No parties.

4. No parking in the street, as it's too narrow. Please park only in the gravel areas.

5. Please pick up any dog waste and dispose of it in the green outside garbage bin.
